Terms of service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 15, 2026

Welcome to Priority Path ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using any of our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services — Document Preparation Only

Priority Path is a document preparation and administrative services company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal counsel. Our services include immigration form preparation, notary and apostille services, business formation document preparation, and brand and trademark registration assistance. We prepare documents based solely on the information you provide. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

2. Not Unauthorized Practice of Law

Nothing in our services constitutes the practice of law. All immigration-related services are document preparation only. We do not represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, or any other government agency.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information; reviewing all completed documents before submission; paying any applicable government filing fees directly to the appropriate agency; and meeting all filing deadlines. Priority Path is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

4. Government Filing Fees

Our service fees are separate from and do not include government filing fees (e.g., USCIS fees, state filing fees). Government fees are paid directly by you to the applicable agency and are non-refundable regardless of outcome.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee the approval of any application, filing, or registration. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government agency and are outside our control.

6. Notary Services

Notary services are performed by a Florida-commissioned notary public and governed by Florida law. Notarizations are for document authentication purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund and Service Delivery Policy. Refunds may be available if work has not yet begun. Once document preparation has commenced, refunds are limited to the unused portion of the service fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Priority Path's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information you provide as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver your services or as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
