Refund and Service Delivery Policy

At Priority Path, we are committed to delivering accurate, professional document preparation services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Service Delivery

Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire and payment, we will prepare your documents within the timeframe specified for each service:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Rush delivery: 24–48 hours (where available)

You will receive your completed documents via email for your review before any government submission. All documents are reviewed and approved by you before delivery.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of your purchase and before we have started preparing your documents, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Work Has Begun: Once our team has begun preparing your documents, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee will apply. You will receive a refund of the remaining 50%.

After Document Delivery: Once completed documents have been delivered to you for review, no refund will be issued for the preparation service.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You cancel before work begins (full refund)
  • We are unable to complete your service due to circumstances within our control (full refund)
  • Significant errors in the completed documents caused by our team — not by information you provided (credit or refund at our discretion)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Government filing fees — these are paid directly to the government agency and are non-refundable
  • USCIS application denials or government rejections
  • Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided
  • Change of mind after document delivery
  • Notary services already performed

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us as soon as possible:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Document Revision Policy

We offer one free revision if there are errors in your documents caused by our preparation team. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of document delivery. Additional revisions due to changes in your information may incur a small fee.
