Terms of Service

1. About Priority Path

Priority Path ("we," "us," "our") is a document preparation service licensed and bonded in the State of Florida. We assist clients with the preparation of immigration forms, notary and apostille services, business formation documents, and brand registration filings.

We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Our staff are not attorneys and cannot represent you before USCIS, any court, or any government agency. If your situation requires legal counsel, we encourage you to consult a licensed immigration attorney.

2. Services Provided

Our immigration document preparation services include:

  • Preparing and completing immigration forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, and others) based on information you provide
  • Reviewing your submitted information for completeness
  • Organizing and packaging your application materials for filing with USCIS
  • Providing general guidance on required supporting documents

We do not determine your eligibility for any immigration benefit, predict the outcome of your case, or make legal decisions on your behalf.

3. Client Responsibility — Truthful and Accurate Information

This is critical: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide to Priority Path through our intake forms, questionnaires, conversations, or any other communication.

USCIS treats misrepresentation very seriously. Providing false information on an immigration petition can lead to denial of the petition, revocation of benefits, bars on future immigration applications, and in some cases, criminal prosecution.

Priority Path prepares documents based exclusively on the information you provide. We do not independently verify the accuracy of your answers, documents, or claims. It is your responsibility to ensure that everything you tell us — and everything included in your application — is truthful and correct.

4. Refund and Liability Policy

No refund will be issued if your petition or application is denied, delayed, or otherwise adversely affected due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information that you provided to us.

Priority Path is not liable for any consequences — including but not limited to petition denials, removal proceedings, bars on future benefits, or financial losses — resulting from information that you provided that was false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You may request a refund before document preparation has begun. Once our team has started work on your case, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a service fee. Contact us at info@goprioritypathservices.com for refund inquiries.

5. Pre-Screening and Case Assessment

Before purchasing certain immigration services, you may be asked to complete a brief pre-screening questionnaire. This screening helps us identify situations that may require legal guidance beyond what a document preparation service can provide.

If our pre-screening identifies potential complications — such as pending immigration proceedings, prior deportation or removal, criminal history, or allegations of fraud or misrepresentation — we may decline to provide services and refer you to a licensed immigration attorney.

6. Attorney Referrals

Priority Path may refer clients to third-party immigration attorneys when a case appears to require legal representation. These attorneys are independent practitioners and are not employees, agents, or partners of Priority Path.

Priority Path does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or cost of legal services provided by any referred attorney. Priority Path may receive a referral fee from attorneys for successful referrals, which does not affect the cost of services to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take the privacy of your personal information seriously. Information collected through our intake forms and questionnaires is used solely for the purpose of preparing your requested documents and managing your case.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

8. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Priority Path does not guarantee the approval of any petition, application, or filing submitted to USCIS or any other government agency. The decision to approve or deny a petition rests solely with the relevant government agency.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priority Path's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
