Our Story

Priority Path was founded with one mission: to make complex administrative and legal paperwork accessible, affordable, and stress-free for everyone — especially immigrants and first-time entrepreneurs navigating an overwhelming system.

Our founder, a naturalized U.S. citizen and Florida-licensed notary, understands firsthand how confusing and costly immigration paperwork can be. After spending years helping family and community members navigate government forms, the idea was simple: build a company that does it right, every time, at a fair price.

What We Do

Priority Path offers four core services designed to take the guesswork out of paperwork:

Immigration Form Preparation

We help permanent residents, visa holders, and their families prepare USCIS forms accurately and completely. Using our smart questionnaire system, we gather your information, prepare your documents, and deliver them for your review — all for a fraction of attorney fees. We handle forms including I-90 (Green Card renewal), I-130, I-485, I-765, and more.

Notary & Apostille Services

Our founder is a Florida-commissioned Notary Public, working toward Remote Online Notarization (RON) certification. We offer in-person and mobile notary services throughout the South Florida area, as well as apostille services for international documents.

Business Formation

Starting a business in Florida? We handle the paperwork so you can focus on your vision. From LLC and corporation formation to registered agent services and EIN registration, we make launching your business clean and simple.

Brand & Trademark Registration
